Because of our strong commitment to service excellence, the San Diego Convention Center is consistently rated one of the top meeting facilities in the nation. Our award-winning facility is operated much like a five-star hotel. We were the first convention center in the country to use uniformed doorpersons to welcome guests into the building. And, we have a Concierge Desk and other amenities to assist you with making the most out of your meeting and your San Diego experience. Below are some of the services we offer.

ATM

Two ATMs are available in the building in Lobbies B and E.

Business Center

Our on-site business center, FedEx Kinko's, is conveniently located in the Hall D lobby and specializes in digital distribution and printing of conference materials. Call 619-525-5450 or just stop by.

Concierge

Your source for all things San Diego is the Convention Center's onsite concierge. Located in Lobby B, you'll find the Restaurant & Concierge Desk. Staffed with "in-the-know" San Diego specialists, they can give you countless insider tips on great restaurants and how to make the best use of your free time.

Courtesy Phones

Located throughout the lobbies are courtesy phones where you can make local calls free of charge. In addition, there are several pay phones.

Doormen/Greeters

The San Diego Convention Center was the first convention facility in the nation to use uniformed doormen to welcome our guests. If you need help finding your way around the building, our doorpersons and greeters are here to assist you.

Food Service

Hungry? Visit Tides, the Convention Center's in-house spot for breakfast or lunch. You can also enjoy a cocktail at their "top-shelf" bar. Hours are event driven.

Take time to smell the coffee! There are three Starbucks locations in the Convention Center in Lobby Halls A, C and E, offering beverages, pastries and more. Additionally, there are concessions in the exhibit halls and specialty food carts located throughout the building.

Skycap

Building guests can now check their luggage and obtain an airline issued boarding pass inside the Convention Center, avoiding hassles and delays at the airport. This service is prearranged by your meeting organizer, so check with them to confirm if your event will have this service available.

Taxi Service

When you need a cab, one of our white-gloved attendants stationed throughout the lobby would be happy to flag one down for you in no time.

WiFi

The Convention Center is fully wired for WiFi. Depending on your event, a nominal fee may apply.
