Getting downtown after you've landed:

  • Taxis from San Diego Airport to downtown hotels and the Convention Center range from $12 - $15.
  • Airport shuttles from San Diego Airport are operated by Cloud 9 Shuttle. Fares start at $8 one way. They can be contacted via web www.Cloud9Shuttle.com or by calling 800-9-SHUTTLE.
  • Car Rental: Take advantage of discounted rates with Avis! Simply call 1-800-331-1600 and reference AWD D757331. Discounts are valid from August 9-26, 2008.
  • Shuttle service will be provided from hotels that are not within walking distance to the Convention Center beginning on Friday, August 15. Please check the Shuttle Route schedule for exact times and hotels.
